Some places are still high, but have been coming down. I recently looked at a 1 & 1 condo that was selling for just about $300k, now it's half that. Then another I have my eye on was 345k and now only 325. Which way too high. They have to come down at least half of the max. I would not pay more than 220 for that property and that is still asking too much. Before 2001, that place was well under 200. We just have to wait longer and as such the rest of my life will suffer because I can't spend money to save for a stupid property. If I were married, I'd have an easier time.
