i have not seen these cars before.never searched for them.the red car looks like a sports racer.there are a few companies in the uk building this type of sports racer.the big plate that the trans bolts to.is mounted to the chassis struts coming off the rear bulkhead.if that could be done in a lotus.you could build some very effective tunnels.the a arms need to come all the way into and mount to the gearbox.like the red car has.if you look at the sub frame for the green s1.the a arms are still outboard like the stock lotus would be.also has cross bars down low that would block the tunnels.i think the v6 would fit better.being 1 cylinder shorter than a 4 cylinder engine.on the west car.the rear spar.the machined aluminum part that the rear arms mount to.is a replicated hewland from a formula ford.it has all the same a arm pick up points.there are no gears in it.just the chain driven diff.the bike motor has the gearbox in it.i will search for some of these cars you mentioned to see what they have done.
