Me too. I wonder why? maybe it has something to do with the 300 plus standing starts I put on the car in a couple of seasons of Pro Solos. Still, I haven't raced the car in 18 months and now it dies, just getting on the freeway. perplexing.

I have another offer for $1,000 but I think I can do better (see $800 offer above) I'm going back to an open diff since I don't race it anymore and don't need the LSD anyway. My first Elise was great fun with an open diff, and I can tune out the push anyway (already did).

Now the question is: can I swap the trannies myself or will I need a shop...
