Can't wait to get out West... going to come by and see your car once in the neighborhood if that's Ok.
I thought HRM was out of business but their site is up and one of the listed contacts is Mark Starr? So, perhaps they are back. How did you join those carbon panels? Love it!!

The C/F panels are overlapped or butt joined and sealed with Sikaflex 1A. I believe it is the same adhesive/caulk that Lotus uses to attach the crash structure and body panels to the chassis(it seems to have the same properties anyway).
It's not quite 100% yet but it looks as if the car is going to a Lotustalker that lives in the mountains north of Santa Cruz, Ca. If you have never been there(Boulder Creek) it is an absolutley gorgeous place to live. A virtual paradise until we get a severe pacific winter storm in wich case you had better have a generator and a good store of food on hand. I would give my left one to live there though. Falling redwood trees are not an uncomon occurence there

Did you get your car directly from Mark or from the guy that bought it from him? I knew he had the car for track events when I got mine and lusted after it then. In California that car would be a headache to get on the road legally. I'm guessing that the car is fine for the street in Florida though.
