CharlieX tune. The IAC was off (great call) and bellow between the airbox and the throttle body wasn't fitting well on the airbox. It is now running FANTASTIC! The CEL is still on, but I suspect it will go off in a few cycles. The power is amazing, I can't wait for the next autoX with the greater torque and lower cam change.
