Call your favorite dealer to purchase the hard copy of the manual. And I'm glad you are willing to pay -- as you will pay dearly for them.
The other option is to pay $25 to Lotus via the website, download the PDFs, have them printed and bound in green. You'll save about a bazzillion dollars doing it that way.

almost purchased the hard copy until I opened it and saw that it just looked like the PDFs printed and bound with an enormous price tag placed on them.
