onthebeach. I have answered through email, but I will post it here also for anyone else that needs it.

Cable Length- On the bellcrank turn in all the way and then out 5 turns. On the crossgate you can turn it in all the way and then out 2-5 turns. You will also have to adjust it at the console, but sometimes you can get lucky with the cable length and 1st-2nd and reverse will be right where they need to be, but usually it takes a turn or two of adjustment to make it work just right.

Shifter movement. The farthest setting is basically the stock location. The shortest is a little less than half, but I have not measured specifically before and after. On the next install I will try to remeber to do this.

Console- On the forward back 1-2, 3-4 and 5-6 shifting you do not have to adjust it up front. If you do it will move the shifter closer or farther from you and if you like it one way better then the other then go for it. I did mine a tiny bit to be closer to me, but I am a shorter person so closer to me and the steering wheel seems to fit me better, but everyone is different.

On one other note I have come out with a new longer cable mounting bracket for those that want to keep the stock throw and it is really nice. I have used it for a few months and like the feel of it. I will put details on my site over the weekend once I get time.
