The only one that comes close to real life tracks is iRacing (iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations). This is due to the way they map the tracks and it gives the game all those bumps, buckling and extra things that make it ultra realistic. They go to the actual track and laser scan the entire thing. Games like Gran Turismo, Forza and Need for Speed all generate their tracks in a much different way. I used iRacing to learn Infineon before I went out on it, and I feel it made a significant difference in my confidence on track. Too bad my stomach didn't like the real thing though.
