I wouldnt mind if the prices dropped to low $20k being Im shopping around and looking to buy this spring. Hah. but in realtiy I plan on spending high 20's to low 30's. Why? I feel the car is worth it. As you guys have stated there are only so many and when I do get an elise I plan on keeping it forever. I made the mistake of selling my frame of resto I did of an 83 jeep scrambler. I put well over $10k into it and only got $3800 when I sold it. Had to sell it as I was moving cross country and needed the money to move. I still kick myself for it as they are rare vehicles and I had one I built myself. Like giving away your favorite toy as a kid. I'll never do that again. Id love to see the prices stay up on the elise. I see it as an investment you can have a lot of fun with. I hope to buy from a member on here simply cause I feel most of you take really good care of your cars tracked or not.
