That's what i heard but when i called the dealer they have no info on anything yet. I guess just like everything else it will take them a year to get all the part numbers!!

After doing tons of upgrades on my Elise, I finally sold it and got the ultimate car - the Exige 260. It has everything I need. But then the wife coerced me to buy an Evora that we could, uh, share. Needless to say, I'd be a bit happier with an SC. But after doing the aftermarket SC on the Elise, I can now say I don't want to go that route (er, headache). So if Lotus comes out with a kit for the Evora like they did for the Elise, I'd happily pay to upgrade it. I have heard that it is rather debatable that they'd do that though - I don't think they got a lot of takers for the Elise (early Exige) and of course the option was rather pricey there. My guess is $8K to $10K for the Evora.

If you ask why we didn't wait and buy an Evora S - well, I got an unbelievable deal on a regular Evora and pulled the trigger. I don't have to have the SC - its just a nice to have any my Exige will be my main track car anyway.

On a deadpedal - that was one of the first things I noticed when I sat in a pre-production car. They solved this on the Elise by moving the whole driver side to the right a bit. For right-hand drivers, they of course don't have the problem but I can't imagine a dead pedal would even work as you have to have room for it and there is basically no room.

Right now I'm upgrading the whole Nav/Audio system (well, my installer is).

That's it ? 2KG's
That's interesting because when i got my aftermarket flywheel for the elise it went from 17LB to 7 LB. I thought the Evora S's flywheel will be something similar. Thanks for the info though. I will wait for newport European to get their S next week, so i can go in and see how much different it will be installed.
