I think the list of options for non US elises is probably a little too extensive,

Theres
Elise
Elise S
Elise 111S
Elise 111R
Exige,

Options along the way have been

Touring Package (carpets Pwr Windows etc)
Race Tech Package (upgraded brakes, vinyl floors)
Sports Package (unsure)

Wheels have differed from 6 spokers to the Arachna type ones (black chrome, anodized or silver), to the Sports ones.

stereo options have been many and varied

i was just having a bit of a go, but im happy to go on the registry if you want me on it :-)
