For any Palm Beach County area folks, the restaurant was the Banana Boat in Boynton Beach.

I asked the valet nicely and offered a tip. He flat out turned it down. I didn't argue with him at all. When he said "no," I simply said, "OK," and pulled away to the parking lot entrance and called the manager.

Amazing that they would turn down business like that. The valet lot was EMPTY!
