I think it would be OK to offer this as an option (Extreme Climate Pack?), as there are many regions where I'm sure people find the performance of the existing system to be adequate.

Driving around in 104 degree temp on Saturday with limited A/C power, this should be FIRST priority, as the Elise can no longer be driven in very hot climates.
BTW- My Esprit BLOWS COLD!!! So I know you can do it
