I like the 1972 Vega sound. It's better than the high whiney sound so many other (mostly Asian) cars seem to have.
Although a freight train airhorn would be ideal. One of the dump trucks at the local quarry seems to have installed one and likes to advertise the fact profusely. Even through a couple hundred yards of trees the sound is phenominal. That's the kind of honking power I want. Causing drivers to crap their pants will make them think twice about changing lanes without looking.
