I just boiught this charger for $21 delivered to my house. It says "The only charger on the market today that will fully charge the Optima battery & Odyssey batteries."
I've used it on my completely drained (forgot the light) acid-lead battery in MR2 and it worked fine. Took 3 days to fully charge but I did not mind.

Hmmm.... I bought the charger from Griot's because of the reported incidence of dead batteries... and haven't used it yet... still new in box. I just ordered the Odyssey PC680. Should I get their specific charger? Thanks for any comments.
