I'm not so sure. The inertia switch signal does not go directly to the fuel pump relay...it first goes to the immobiliser relay, which is controlled by the Cobra alarm. I don't know the internal wiring of the immobiliser to say for sure that it wouldn't be affected. (And I wouldn't rely on the schematic where it shows a direct connection through the immobiliser since similar indications within the Cobra are not direct).
