Does anyone know if this is a common problem with the Elise? If it is, then shouldn't the dealer maybe mention that to a buyer? I mean damn! It scared the crap out of me. My 3 day old car was "broken" there for a bit.

What amuses me is that it's evidently enough of a problem or potential problem that there is a section in the owners manual of how to fix it.. The ghost of Lucas hasn't left yet...
