This is the cheapest and fast way to not get the mil light after install the cat delete. There is no cutting of wires to do this. The hardest part about this is getting the o2 sensor out.
So far i had my mil light come on twice with the resister type eliminator. it came on about 20 miles after installing it and have it reset the second time. That was a waste of 10 bucks right there.
This was only cost 4.25!

This seems to work for the s2000 guys.
There is a slight difference with our 02 compared to theres.
I did this.
1. went to autozone and got this. (after having them clear the mil)
Thats all you need!
2. went home took out the o2 sensor
3. put on of the adapters in a vice
4. i bored it out with a 1/2" bit all the way through.
5. tried to plug the o2 sensor in and it only went in 1 or 2 threads. went and grab a bad o2 sensor that was laying around. that one fit. look at ours and it was a little bigger. no problem.
6. went and grabed a bigger drill bit. 5/8 was the perfect fit. just enough room to drill it out with out messing up the threads on the adapter.

Be vary carefull not to drill to deep. you will screw up the adapter. do only a little at a time and test it with the o2 sensor for a good amount of thread.
8. once you are the right depth put the bored adapter on top of the unbored adapter.
9. now plug the o2 sensor into the top bored out one.
10. now plug the whole this into your pipe.
it should look something kinda like this.
Cliff notes
1. get this from autozone our other auto stores.
2. bore one of them out with a 1/2" drill
3. bore just a few mm more out with a 5/8 drill
NOT TO DEEP!
4. plug the bored out one in to the unbored out one
plug the o2 sensor into the top and plug the whole thing into the pipe.
This is how i did it. if you try this it is at your own risk.
