After watching it (it will actually finish downloading before the playback ends) there will be a large FLV file in your temporary internet files (sort by date will help). This particular one is 19 MB. Copy this file out to where ever you want to save it.
Next download an FLV player like this one and install it.
Now you are set to play it locally when and where ever you want.
