Didn't Qball say his father in law is the manager of this Goodyear dealer? I'd give them time to make good on this. No need to be nasty until it's deserved. I realize dropping a car off a lift is probably a good reason to want revenge on these guys...but accidents do happen and technicians make mistakes. Dumb ones at that. However if his father in law is the manager I'd try and work it out first.
