One note I'd like to add. If you can, try not to seperate the hinges on the engine side of the box. Which is possible if you open the airbox just enough to pull the filter out. This makes assembly MUCH easier.
Also remember that if you are replacing the filter with an OEM filter the Type on the filter should be up-side down or it won't fit.
