The airbox is a touchy thing. It took me 45 minutes to get it closed on my first Elise after a change to the K & N, but on my 2nd car I closed the box in seconds. For me the trick was lining up the back first, holding it, and then using my other hand to put the clips in place. The whole change including wheel on and off was less than 10 minutes.
