To me, driving the Lotus to your HS reunion would make one look like a complete J/O who is trying to show off. Most people would probably think one of two things:
1. He is trying to show us how rich he is with his $150K car. What a tw*t.
2. He is trying to make us think he's rich driving his $40K toyota which looks like a $150K car. What a tw*t.
Neither is flattering.
