Well, we had another catastrophe with the shopping cart, but I have a great short term solution
...I have decided to just implement PayPal payments from our site until we can figure out what the hell to do about the cart. In hindsight, we probably should have done that weeks ago but we were sure we were going to have the job done every week for a month and a half now. My sincere apologies for the delay.
