Yeah I have the remote display mounted the same way in my M3. Its up high enough to see it easily and still kind of hidden.

I also routed the wire on the outer door sill, tucking it underneath the black plastic. If you open the driver side door there's a groove where the plastic sill meets the painted car body... I tucked the wires there. Then I just routed it behind the driver's seat and plugged it in. I didn't have enough length in the wire to route it behind the back panel....

Hahaha! The remote range fix was one of the first things I did... surprisingly, I didn't cut up my hands for that Thanks again for your bracket , I love it!!!!
