What cleaner do you use? I know you have to be careful not to use something too strong. Also, what kind of cloth or brush do you use? Mequiars Wheel Brightener. Dilute it down. Spray it on. Hose it off.

I use really cheap foam paint brushes mounted on plastic handles. You can get a 5 of them for 2 dollars or less.
