Take it to the dealer and let them fix it. I know your troubles...my A/C completely stopped working. The dealership had the car for 2 full weeks! And I'm an hour and a half away from the closest Lotus shop. Good thing I was on business travel in DC for those two weeks. Haven't had a problem with it since the fix.
