Got around to putting in my 4.5lb battery today. I didn't have mounting hardware so seeing how I use zip ties for almost everything else I thought, "Why not use them for this?"

I used a total of six 7.5" zip ties (three linked together x2). I removed the stock mounting bracket that's connected to the floor of the trunk and only used the bracket that's attached to the far left of the trunk. I put the zip ties through the holes on the far left & right sides of the bracket. After that I just cut off the excess and found the battery to be firmly mounted.

Then I searched through my garage and found a pair of nuts & bolts along with lock washers. They fit nice and snug. After I cleaned up and took some pics I hit the engine start button and she started up no problem.

Thanks again Dave for shipping the battery out so fast.
