I had ordered this with the intent of using the included bracket, which would stand it off the bulkhead a bit. Mounting directly, as I did, left the intake angle a little off on the close can. So if you do plan to mount this way, have him offset the first can intake angle a bit, maybe 30 degrees or so...see pic below. He will weld your fittings and size them any way you like. PS: Leave a little slack in the engine to can hoses to allow for some engine movement under load.
