Blue loctite works fine especially if you only torque to 50nm. Broke through mine on the last check because I had the wrench set wrong. The Nord-Locks arrived yesterday.

i was not poking at the values listed in your post, nor whether they are correct or not... the OP was looking for some official printed material to show his service guy to prove that the value is now 60. there are tons of posts listing the e-talk official torque value, but nowhere is there any official literature.
