for the most part but it was a partialy joint effort....atleast thats what ive been told and read, which could be completely wrong since it didnt come from the mouth's of people who actually did it.
my point of this is that lotus did not engineer the engine, so for anyone to say that lotus knows best because lotus engineers said something about it, i just dont believe that to be true.
