If you mean crazy about the look of alcantara, it's a matter of look and feel. Ferrari's, Lambo's, Noble's, Bugatti's, etc. all use it.
The design looks tastefully done. I've been a judge at car shows and would definitely rate the material choice and design as a big plus.
I think one of the guys that posted here is a designer and gave it a thumbs up. It looks as nice as anything Foose has done IMO.
It's just too subjective and you can't please everyone. I know some people who won't even post here for fear of being ripped by guys/girls who are mean spirited.

If you get the real alcantara, it comes in 2 weights. The lighter weight would be used for anything but the seats.
It's no heavier than the plastic crap or whatever it is
polyfibergroinhurtumsweat (70's Mercedes material type) that comes in most of the Lotus. Even if it was a lb. or two more, it's worth the feel and look IMO. Look for an (material) upgrade in the 08's.
