Thanks for all the posts, guys. The compliments here have really been the icing on the cake for me, I'm even more glad that I went through with this than before I posted the pics, and I was pretty happy before. 
Agreed jasond -- if you haven't deleted your windshield or dash pad  , it's a great way to get rid of that nasty glare. Not to mention the #1 reason to recover the dash in Alcantara: it feels nice when you touch it.
