I tried to list my car but it won't except my VIN

SCC = Lotus
P = 1.8 liter
C = dual SIR + belts
111 = Elise
8 = check digit ?
7 =2007 model year
H = Hethel
M = body ??? Canada ?
3 = Elise
xxxx = Serial number
