According to your logic, you should be able to do anything you want so long as you're an "expert" at it? Also, a race track is a controlled environment consisting only of other professionals of comparable skill. A highway simply is not. A grandma is not looking for cars speeding up to her at 120+ when she changes lanes. It doesn't matter how skilled Hamilton is, if he's the most skilled person on the road it actually puts him in more danger. I would think most motorcycle accidents happen like this. A highly skilled rider flies up the highway and a grandma pulls in front of him and bam... goodnight.
