I listen to my iPod everyday in my car (via the Alpine unit). But on a roadtrip, listening to local radio makes the experience much more immersive. So I heard it all: classic rock (excellent in most states), pop, deathmetal, country when there was nothing else, talk radio with "She stole my boyfriend" open lines, and even a little bit of "Praise The Lord" (You can't get speeding tickets while listening to that, Jesus is on your side)
