I'll post pics of the hinges and fastening system as I get them built.
A couple notes: The system I'm designing will still have the boot lid functional, it will require about 5 minutes to get the clam ready to tilt up. A couple pins, 2 Allen head screws and 6 thumb bolts to remove. All accessible without dismantling anything...
The battery is being relocated to above the driver's side wheel. I thought about relocating to passenger side above wheel, but that's where the IC will sit before too long
