The Georgia Department of Revenue/DMVS has enacted a policy banning the issuance of titles on all new and used kit cars (including Super Sevens!), and custom motorcycles, including ones with existing out of state titles. Legislation is in committee in the Georgia House of Representatives to redress this injustice; here is the link:
