None taken. I can't remember everything that was changed but that one and the ability to ticket you for being on a cellphone without hands-free were the two that jumped out at me. Now, I'm in favor of the latter but a HOV lane fine of $1000 is ludicrous and in no way justifiable. Maybe cooler heads prevaled and that idea was scraped before the end of the year which is why you are still seeing the smaller amount everywhere you look.

All I know is I'm not going to risk it no matter what the situation until I know for sure.
