Some flaws of note:

Windshield is a little sand blasted and had a crack repaired.
Two small scrapes under the front clam but they are very minor...nothing cracked, broken or chipped.
One of the RAC's has 1" of paint chipped off it's edge (no damage to the wheel itself), but I will have my buddy fix it for you...he does wheel refinishing for many of the exotics dealers in L.A. and you will never know it was there.
Starshield on the rocker panels is a bit tattered, but no stories to tell.
Clam was cracked by a 10" piece of flying tire rubber on the freeway a few months ago but it was professionally repaired and the entire clam was repainted and Ventureshield was applied (not one stone chip anymore)...the damage was only cosmetic.

Overall, this car is pretty clean.

I tracked it once at each of our local spots: CA Speedway, Big Willow, Streets of Willow, Buttonwillow and Laguna Seca...no offs or stories to tell.

Car has been meticulously maintained and serviced by Lotus of Calabasas, Silver Star Lotus, Qais, and Cisco from the former Lotus of Beverly Hills...no mechanical problems whatsoever.

The car is always kept indoors and with the cover on at my office and in my parking garage at home. You can come by for a look in Downtown Los Angeles, CA 90012.

I'm open to offers of $30K+

BTW, I am not willing to part the car out.

This vehicle was purchased new in San Francisco in April 2007 and was turned back into Lotus for supposed electrical problems with 2,200 miles on it. I purchased it as the 2nd owner in December 2007 and put the balance of the miles on it with absolutely no problems whatsoever (but the title does record it as a buy-back; I understand that Lotus installed a new electrical harness). A few months ago, some jerk backed into the front end of it in a parallel parking space. As a result, I replaced the entire front clamshell, etc... and put new stripes, Starshield, grill, etc...). Very sad day, but the entire front end is brand new with not a stone chip anywhere. There was no damage to the chassis or carbon fiber crash box... only esthetic damage ($9,500 worth) was done at the local Lotus dealer and the best paint shop in southeast Michigan: Autometric. The car is in Southeast Michigan and was serviced by Auto Europe, Michigan's Lotus Dealer. This is a perfect car that can be bought for less than market as a result of the stories above... send me your most discerning inspector and they'll find that the car is as stated.

This car has never seen rain, always garaged and covered and always waxed and was only a weekend car (the damage above was on a Sunday morning at the hardware store...). The car does have quite a few track miles on it, but has been REALLY well maintained by a local race shop here in town called Gashead Motorworks. Any of the Houston guys can vouch for how often this car has been in for oil changes, tranny flushes, ect.

The star shield is in pretty bad shape and will need to be replaced and the car does have a few rock chips here and their. The price does reflect this though. Car runs extremely well and is quite fast.
