			<title>Nitron setup for Autocross?</title>

   I have the Nitron single adjustable dampers from S111 with the 525F/650R spring. The adjustment knob has 24 settings.
I run 8 from full hard (front) and 10 from full hard (rear) for the street.

Does anyone have recommendations for autoX events in regard to these
dampers? My stabilizer bar is oem. (the black one) I run RAC monolites with R888 tires. Also what about tire pressures? Unfortunately ALL my shims are still in....-eek-

I have heard higher is better due to the quick direction changes, but in my experience grip is sacrificed doing this. I usually run 23F /25R cold on the street.

Any advice on car setup would be great as this will be my first AutoX.
I'll be going up against porsche's mainly.
