Near the end of the video, as he is passing the 911 on the left, he should have reached out toward the passenger window and pulled back in a jar of Grey Poupon mustard.

Probably the owner didn't want evidence that his car being tracked because it could harm the warranty or insurance.

More likely getting crap about safety from the organizers -- that looked like a race prep'd F430, doubt insurance is the concern.
