thats what we specialize in. We get great prizes from our sponsors for doing what we love too!

look foward to meeting you at BW Rob. If you are there, it would be worth the minimal investment in a cling on number plate to have some fun and maybe win some prizes.

Glad your car is back together John! Cant wait to see everyone there. Yes, Margaret will be there.

I think we may even have some fans this time. Some co-workers and friends are interested in coming out to see us. They all say they want to come. The Gumball 3000 was probably the deciding factor.

Casey,

Great, will see you Monday, guess you can tech it for me too? Who's driving the 380 -- Tom D. or you? Oh wait, you'll be wrenching on everyone's car -- I could get it into the 49's for you while you wrench...

I 'll look into the Klingon plate (assume they remove easy) could I get a link? - sorry lazy today, too much house work... ugh -- sorry for all the questions.

I can do Sat only -- I've got vistors on Sunday -- is there a one day fee or does it have to be two days?

Time Trials sounds like fun, yeah, you ALL will need sponsors if you plan to race these things full time -- been there done that, money ran out -- but you are right the journey was a LOT of fun.

Sponsor/DVD Intro clip I created (you'll need quicktime haven't converted to wmv yet) and was going to use to try and dig up some sponsors to race again, but haven't had the time to persue this further. But anyone want PodCasts, Video, iPhone, DVD's, and anything audio/video related, I can offer my services.

I may go. Depends on if my car is ready. I will be the one driving like an old lady until I get used to the new power curve.

Whoa, would this be your first track day with a forced fed package?!

Have fun with your new toy. The blue FF car was crazy fast on the track. With the flames shooting out the back and passing everyone...sure looks like fun!

I think I joined on the Lotus Challenge site?? Not really sure, didn't get any type of confirmation, just a message about my Email being used?

I did order my numbers from Keith - 716 (static ones) - I can use these in other events also even if I don't make this event.

Wasn't able to find the link to where I actually sign up for the event?

You sign up for the August 9/10 event at the Speed Ventures site (Speed Ventures - Track Event Detailed Information) -- indicate in the comments section that you're doing the LCS time trial and choose you desired SV run group (advanced, intermediate, etc) for the practice sessions. The TT will take place at 5 PM on Sunday.

Look forward to meeting you.

Excellent, thank you for the link.

Not sure I'll have any support crew this time so anyone local to SF/BayArea have room for 4 wheels?

5pm ?? Are you sure about that? Doesn't the track shutdown at 5pm?

YES and YES ...just us Loti are out doing the time trial after 5 PM. SV rents the track for extra hour (along with corner workers and Fire&Safety) to accommodate the TT.

Since the TT is just on Sunday and late (5pm) -- is it possible to just do Sunday? I've got many laps at BW, so I don't really need two days of practice.

I think my teammate (other series) will be able to join me with his truck so I might be good to go for support.

You are welcome to do one day but you would not be eligible for the prizes. We all have many laps at btw and it is only fair if you have the same amount of time on the weekend of the series. Join us for the weekend you will enjoy it. Jim

No worries on the prizes, just there to have a good time.

Ok, signed up for Sunday only. Sorry, can't pull off both days -- took much work just to get one day.
