Abe and Qais strike again

It would be a simpler world if everyone stood behind there product like this. Here's the deal I can't drive my new S because the steering colum lock switch won't let mm put the key in. Abe and Qais had lotus overnight them a lock set and are over nighting it to me for a thanksgiving delivery. I'll install it and be one happy camper. Other dealers listen up this is how you do business."Lotus some assembly required"..carl

Yes, I do hope all dealers are like this as I just experienced a non-satisfactory service from another dealer.

I agree! I had some dealership drama about week ago. My car ended up at South Bay and they came through in style. Thank you, Qais, George, Skeeter (spelling?) and Abe.

And a special Thank you to the Hermosa Beach police department for not pulling me over

Neil

Not to Hijack the thread but I have had the same great service from Newport European. They have sent more than one part to me "Under Warranty" with no charge and I installed it myself.

I bought the car there but now live 3000 miles away and 6 hours from the nearest dealer.

If your listening LOTUS....this is the type of service we expect!!!

I used to read British car magazines I remember when I had a NSX they didn’t like the car because it didn’t have anything go wrong with it they said that “it lacked character “. Well that’s certainly not the case with the elise/exige/ S. lot and lots of character.. carl

Yah, Stiggy, I heard about that. I saw your car there the other day when I was picking up a part, and Qais told me about your situation. Glad it got sorted!
