How strong are the rear panel mounts?

When I spoke to a service tech at Maplecrest, he alluded to lifting the car at the points where the big allen bolts go to hold the undertray on. You can see them just behind the lift arms pictured here where the parking brake cable is somewhat attached to:

I was just wondering how strong these points are.

non factory lift point.

I have never used these lift the Elise however I have seen race cars lifted here after a threaded post was installed to replace the allen bolt. It is not a
'' factory'' lift point however.
