Loud knock when accelerating around bumpy corners - LotusTalk

I'm noticing a loud knock from the rear of the car when accelerating through a corner while hitting even the smallest of bumps (usually right hand turn starting from a stopped position).

It definitely doesn't seem to be wheel hop (we're not talking about pedal to the floor acceleration)- instead it feels as though the suspension is bottoming out.

I had the same symptoms and it turned out to be a loose motor mount...
