Notchy sticky shifter

Sometimes it feels like, especially in a 1st gear to 2nd gear shift (not 2nd to 1st), something is having issues getting out of 1st. That is, the clutch feels "fine" -- I bled/flushed it recently -- and it feels smooth going in & out. However, it also sometimes, just fights me a little bit on getting out of 1st and going into 2nd. I've never had a synchro issue (like this anyway) -- and certainly not on upshifts..

It's starting to get a little hard to get into 1st gear occasionally too -- but not often, and not much harder than when the trans was new.

The oil level in the trans is fine, and is Redline MT90.

Ideas? Perhaps a cable adjustment (crossgate or I forget the other) or perhaps just something wearing out that I'm not thinking of?

No, RPS Street/Track (the midline one, not the full puck track one, not the light duty street one) Clutch, and the Fidanza Al flywheel, on for 10-12K mi or so, no issues until a few thousand a go (at the most).

Hydraulics are the same though..

Maybe try the longer slave rod? I should have mine tomorrow...It provides a longer stroke for better disengagement. Does your pedal catch just off the floor?

Heres the link...Monkeywrench Racing
