Procedure for replacing headlamps? - LotusTalk

Performed a search and still haven't found a good step by step method to replace the headlamps.

The Lotus manual is very generic and contains very little detail as to the actual procedure.

I've heard that you need to remove the plastic covers in some posts, and in others that you don't.
