Talking Stephan from Lotus Beverly Hills now at Mulholland Motorsports (DentWerks) in L.A.

Stephan was the lead tech @ Lotus Beverly Hills before its demise. He is currently working/managing Mulholland Motorsports in LA. The shop is the newly founded sister company to Dent Werks. He knows the cars front to back and can handle just about any work you might need.

And they can get a rental car for you quickly and easily.

Stephan Schwartz

One of the nicest guys you will ever meet.

Any idea who or which dealership has inherited the customer service record from Lotus of Beverly Hills?

I bought a Lotus recently and the previous owner had some but not all service records from works he had performed at Lotus of Beverly Hills.

Thanks in advance.

Good question... I'd also like to know since I bought my car from LBH.

I'll bet a call to Lotus USA/Lotus Warranty in Georgia would help answer the question.

I've called them before about my extended warranty questions.

They are very helpful.

1-800-24-LOTUS.

Let us know what you find out!

As far as I can figure the complete records are lost with the demise of Vik Keulian's companies. We used Reynolds and Reynolds record system. Its was all networked between the different stores and Reynolds could access it as well. So maybe they have copies of all the RO's and other info. I would be surprised if they would give anything up though. Lotus usa definitely has record of any warranty work, but as far as services and such im pretty sure its all lost.

Thanks Stephan!

What are your hours over at your new shop and what sort of work can you do on Lotus cars?

Thumbs up

Stephen is the BEST Lotus guy I know. Really knows the cars inside and out -- I know this since he did work on my car inside and out, when we pretty much disassembled the car.

I trust Stephen with my Lotus, more than I trust myself with my doctor.

* Stephen, when can I come in for my Lotus's regular prostate exam?

Hey everyone, it's been a while, but I still have the lotus. It's due for my 22K checkup and I don't know if that will also require any warranty work. What exactly is involved with the 22K? Can Mulholland do it over there?? If not, where is everyone else going for their service now that BH Lotus has closed? I'm in Los Feliz. That leaves either Calabasas or Thousand Oaks and they aren't exactly close. Anyone have a recommendation?

How you doing Larry?

Dan

Hi Dan!

I hope you are well...

Try Lotus Thousand Oaks for Valley and warranty work...very good service.

Calabasas is gone.

Qais (Big shop) or Stephen (closer to Beverly Hills) for non-warranty depending on where you are and what you need done.

Call them!

This is Cisco Lopez who was the Lambo/Lotus tech at Calabasas and Beverly Hills. He's a good guy.

He's doing a great job on my Elise so far and you can get in without any wait.
