Warranty work needed, and I'm nowhere near a dealership. What next?

I'm in Omaha, have an '05 Elise, and my heater/A/C blower motor went out today. I haven't driven the car in a few days, so i'm not sure what the problem is. It's not the fuse.

Also, my steering rack is making the obvious noise that it has done on most others. Feels like i'm steering spaghetti compared to how it felt when i bought it.

The two closest dealerships are in Minneapolis (400mi) and Chicago (460mi).

Since these are warranty items, has anyone heard of Lotus paying to ship a car to a dealership to get the car fixed? No way i'm driving ~500mi in this heat with no A/C.

:dunno:

anyone know someone I can call at Lotus?

You still have your Elise in Omaha? I have been trying to see how many other owners are in Omaha or if any of them ever get together anywhere....
